Hmm, not as good as I'd hoped for, but still better than a gain.
3/4 of a pound loss this week.
I'd love to be able to lose a pound a week, but it just doesn't seem to work that way. I do feel thinner though, so I'm sticking with it and hoping over time to plod my way to a thinner me!
I think the problems I have with the monthly cycle makes it harder and it's been that time, so I'm consoling myself with that thought, that it might be better next week. haha.

Well done on your 3/4 of a pound, loss.It is more than we think,if you weigh out 3/4 of a pound of sugar,it shows what you have achieved :)I think staying positive,as you are, is half the battle with weight loss and being prepared for it to take a while, and have ups and downs.Your Slimming World plan is encouraging because it doesn't stop you from indulging now and again in a treat.

ReplyDeleteIt's hard to lose weight during that time of the month. But 3/4 of a pound, wow that's more than enough. When I try to lose weight, I lessen my carbohydrates intake, specially rice, and it's soooo hard :-D
